This project focused on streamlining lead intake, scheduling, and follow-up communication processes by integrating third-party tools like Calendly and Jotform with Salesforce. Using Salesforce Flow Builder and email templates, I automated data entry and communication workflows for a training institution. Dashboards and reports were also customized to track marketing engagement and operational metrics. This was a professional project completed during my role as Salesforce Administrator at SnapIT Solutions.

This project involved building a fully customized recruiting application for a fictional company, AW Computing, using Salesforce. The objective was to streamline the hiring process by enhancing data visibility, improving recruiter workflows, enforcing data consistency, and automating repetitive tasks. I am a technology enthusiast with a diverse range of experiences. After earning certificates in web development and web technologies from JCCC, I embarked on a career journey that led me to new opportunities during the challenging COVID-19 pandemic of 2020.Having previously worked in a warehouse position, I made a pivot towards the dynamic worlds of web technologies and Salesforce administration. I honed my skills through coursework with SnapIT Solutions, where I found my niche in Salesforce.My journey took an exciting turn when I embraced an internship as a Junior Salesforce Admin, which later resulted in a permanent position at SnapIT Solutions in mid-2022.
